Changelog:
- Added a new crosshair to replace the default cursor.
- Significantly improved performance by reworking the blood splatter spawn method.
- Improved the foot placement algorithm (previously, when running up stairs, the desired foot position was sometimes calculated incorrectly).
- Enemies no longer despawn when close to the player to prevent them from spawning inside the player.
